This is one of our most popular programs. The 2 hour-course is fully packed with up to date research and knowledge. Our certified instructor uses a selected vehicle model - choice of the dealership, designing a high impact presentation that is loaded with inside out key selling features, Q & As, during the training, a walkaround and role-play individual coaching is delivered to a  small group in class setting. Sales consultants gain key products knowledge and learn competitive advantages on how to sell, and learn how to use digital content to show case the key selling features while being with their clients. 

A walkaround guide is also provided to every person who attends the course.

Full Day Program 

Training is the most effective means for productivity, retaining talent and high Customer Satisfaction Index scores.

 

This New Hire Product Training Course is designed for the new sales consultants who just joined the dealership with little or no automotive product knowledge or someone who is looking into a refresh on product and knowledge.

At the end of the day, the sales consultant is up to speed in vehicle product knowledge, gaining the ability to deliver a high-quality presentation that is designed to close the sale effectively with high gross, outstanding CSI and customer appreciation.

How is The Course Delivered?

This course can be delivered online live or in-person. Minimum of three students are required for the online offering and 6 or more required for in-person for the Greater Toronto Area.  ​
